Community Education For Girls
A Project of the Ama Foundation

The Ama Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit in the US that funds Ama Ghar, a home for abandoned and orphaned children in Kathmandu, Nepal. At Ama Ghar, we provide higher education or vocational training to all of our girls so that when they leave our home they can support themselves as productive citizens. We also offer scholarships to elementary school for girls in the villages surrounding our home.
